To Redeem your Gift Certificate:

Before placing your order, Simply fill out the form below. Once you fill out the form, you can either place your order Online or by Phone. You will not be Charged until we contact you either by email or Phone with your corrected amount. At that time we will send you a "Revised Billing Statement" with the corrected amount and your card will be charged at that time.

 **If you received 2 or more Gift Certificates you must fill out this form for each Certificate.

**Note: Gift Certificates must be Mailed Back to Gourmet South within 2 weeks after purchase. If we do not recieve the Certificate you will be billed back the full amount of the Gift Certificate. You will receive a Stamped, Self addressed envelope when your order arrives, please mail back Gift Certificate in envelope.
